Book flights for your group

Booking nine people one at a time rarely ends with everyone on the same flight. We handle the whole party as one booking, with seats together and a single point of contact.

Start with a flight search

Travelling with more than nine? Search anyway, then call us and we will handle it as a group booking.

What group booking gets you

Everyone on one booking

One reference for the whole party. If a flight changes, it changes for everyone at once rather than person by person.

Seats together

We request seating together at booking, which is far more likely to work than trying at check-in with a family of five.

Coordinated payment

One payment for the whole group, or split across travellers. Tell us what works and we will set it up.

Children and infants

Infant fares, bassinets, child meals and unaccompanied-minor rules all handled at booking rather than discovered at the airport.

Held names

On some group fares names can be finalised later. Useful when the guest list is not fixed yet.

Baggage for the party

Sports gear, instruments, wedding dresses and extra bags priced and added up front.

How group booking works

  1. 1

    Send us the details

Route, dates, number of travellers, and anything unusual - a wheelchair, an infant, a cello.

  2. 2

    We put options together

Usually two or three itineraries with the total cost for the whole party, not per person.

  3. 3

    You pick one

We hold what can be held while you confirm with the group.

  4. 4

    Names and payment

Send the passenger list and we complete the booking. Payment as one or split, whichever you chose.

  5. 5

    One itinerary out

Everyone gets the same confirmation, and you get a single contact for anything that comes up.

Details we take care of

Passenger list accuracy

Names checked against travel documents before ticketing. One typo across a party of twelve is an expensive afternoon.

Mixed departure cities

Where the group is coming from different places, we coordinate arrivals so nobody waits five hours.

Special assistance

Mobility assistance, medical equipment and dietary requirements requested with the airline at booking.

One point of contact

You deal with one specialist who knows the booking, rather than repeating the story each time.

Leading up to departure

At booking

Group itinerary

One document covering every traveller, with references and baggage allowances.

1 month before

Schedule check

Any airline change flagged early, with options for the whole party rather than one seat at a time.

1 week before

Reminder pack

Times, terminals, what to bring, and a checklist you can forward to everyone.

24 hours before

Check-in

We remind you when check-in opens and how to do it for the whole group.

Common questions

How many people counts as a group?
Airlines usually treat ten or more as a group, with different fare rules. Below that we still book you as one party so you stay together.
Can everyone pay separately?
Usually yes. Tell us how you want to split it and we will set the payment up that way.
What if one person drops out?
Depends on the fare rules and whether names were finalised. Tell us early and we will get you the best available option from the airline.
Can you guarantee we all sit together?
We request it at booking, which works most of the time. The airline controls seat maps and can move people, so we will not promise what we cannot control.

Planning a group trip?

Send us the route, dates and headcount. We will come back with real options and one total price.
