What to have ready
For a new booking
- Where you are flying from and to
- Dates, and how flexible they are — flexibility often changes the fare a lot
- How many people, and their ages if children are travelling
- Cabin, and anything that matters to you: a lie-flat seat, a short layover, arriving before a certain time
For an existing booking
- Your Vista booking reference or the airline reference
- The passenger name on the ticket
- What you would like to change, and any alternative dates you would accept
For changes and cancellations we submit your request to the airline and come back with what they will allow and what it costs. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.
