Refund Policy

Service Fee Refund Guidelines

Vista Destination LLC operates as an independent travel consultancy. We do not sell airline tickets, process airfare payments, or issue travel documents.

Important Distinction:

Our refund policy applies only to professional consultation and advisory service fees invoiced by Vista Destination LLC. Airline ticket refunds are governed exclusively by the airline or travel provider selected by the traveler.

Consultation Service Fees

Before Service Delivery

If a client cancels a consultation request before research or advisory work has begun, a full refund of the invoiced service fee may be granted upon written request.

After Service Delivery

Once consultation services, itinerary research, fare analysis, or booking guidance have been delivered, service fees are generally non-refundable as they represent completed professional work.

Airline & Third-Party Refunds

All flight bookings are completed directly by the traveler on airline or third-party travel websites. Any cancellation, refund, credit, or modification request must be submitted directly to the airline or travel provider.

We do not control airline refund decisions. Eligibility, penalties, timelines, and refund methods are determined solely by the carrier’s fare rules and policies.

Refund Request Procedure (Service Fees Only)

Step 1: Submit a written request to info@vistadestination.com within 7 days of invoice payment.
Step 2: Include your full name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
Step 3: Our compliance team will review whether advisory services were initiated or completed.
Step 4: If approved, refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the client when paying the invoice.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once a refund is approved.

Disputes & Billing Questions

If you believe an invoice was issued in error, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and professionally.
