Vista Destination LLC may assist customers with refund, cancellation, change, or credit requests, but approval is controlled by the airline, supplier, payment processor, or card issuer. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Airline tickets and supplier charges
Airline fares, taxes, baggage fees, seat fees, change penalties, cancellation penalties, fare differences, and refund eligibility are controlled by the applicable airline or supplier. Some tickets are non-refundable. Some tickets may allow changes only after payment of airline penalties, fare differences, or supplier charges. Some refunds may be issued as travel credit instead of cash depending on airline rules.
Vista Destination service fees
Vista Destination may charge a disclosed service fee for online booking support, itinerary handling, ticketing support, change/cancellation assistance, refund request assistance, or customer-service work. Vista Destination service fees are generally non-refundable after the requested service has been performed, booking support has been provided, or post-booking assistance has started.
Cancellation requests
Customers who want to cancel a booking should contact Vista Destination as soon as possible with the full name, booking reference or order reference if available, travel date, email and phone number used for booking, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation eligibility and charges depend on airline or supplier rules.
Change requests
Date changes, route changes, passenger corrections, cabin changes, or other modifications are subject to airline or supplier rules. Additional fare difference, penalties, taxes, supplier charges, or Vista Destination service fees may apply. Some bookings may not allow changes.
Refund requests

Include your booking reference, passenger name, travel date, email used for booking, and reason for the refund request. Vista Destination will review the request and, where applicable, assist with submission to the airline, supplier, payment processor, or booking provider.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds may take time to process. Timing depends on the airline, supplier, payment processor, card issuer, bank, and original payment method. Bank posting time is outside Vista Destination’s control.
Schedule changes and airline disruptions
If the airline changes or cancels a flight, available options may include rebooking, refund, travel credit, schedule-change waiver, or alternative handling depending on airline rules. Vista Destination may help customers understand available options, but final approval and timing are controlled by the airline or supplier.
Incorrect customer information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate passenger names, travel dates, routes, contact details, and required travel information. Refunds or corrections caused by customer-submitted errors depend on airline and supplier rules and may involve additional charges.
Billing questions and disputes
Customers should contact Vista Destination first if they believe a charge is incorrect or if they need help with a booking, refund, cancellation, or service issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and may be contested where records show customer authorization, supplier confirmation, or completed service work.
