01 Pricing & Availability Disclosure

Booking Confirmation

A booking is not guaranteed until payment has been authorized, processed, and a valid airline ticket number has been issued. Pricing may vary due to seat inventory changes or fare rule updates imposed by the carrier.

Vista Destination LLC acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers. All transportation and hospitality services are provided by third-party entities under their own terms and operational control.

Operational Changes: Schedule modifications, cancellations, overbooking, delays, or equipment changes implemented by airlines or suppliers.
Events Beyond Control: Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather disruptions, labor strikes, government restrictions, public health events, or force majeure situations.
Supplier Performance: Personal injury, property damage, or service deficiencies resulting from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements applicable to their itinerary. Entry regulations are determined by destination authorities and transportation providers.
