01 Nature of Services

Vista Destination LLC provides travel research, itinerary recommendations, fare comparison guidance, and booking assistance support. We help clients understand available options and navigate airline or travel provider platforms.

Advisory Capacity: We do not sell airline tickets, process payments, issue tickets, or act as a merchant of record. All bookings are independently completed by the traveler.

Limitation of Role: We do not control airline pricing, schedule changes, cancellations, baggage rules, or service delivery. Those matters are governed solely by the airline or travel provider selected by the traveler.

02 Pricing & Booking Responsibility

Fare Information

Airline fares and availability change dynamically. We provide guidance based on information available at the time of consultation; final pricing is determined directly on the airline or third-party booking platform.
Independent Booking

Travelers are responsible for reviewing all fare rules, baggage policies, cancellation terms, and travel conditions before completing their booking directly with the selected provider.
Service Fees (If Applicable)

Any consultation or advisory fees charged by Vista Destination LLC relate strictly to professional research and guidance services. These fees do not constitute payment for airfare or travel products.

Cancellations & Travel Changes

Cancellation, refund, and modification policies are determined exclusively by the airline or travel provider selected by the traveler. We do not have authority to override or modify provider policies.

Travelers must review fare rules carefully before confirming any booking.

03 User Responsibilities

Travel Documentation

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for their destination. We provide general guidance but do not verify documentation eligibility.

Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for entering accurate personal and travel information directly on airline or travel provider websites when completing their booking.
