Service Agreement & Accreditation

By accessing or using the services provided by **Vista Destination LLC**, you agree to be bound by these terms. We operate as an ARC-accredited independent travel agency, serving as a professional intermediary between travelers and global service providers.

01 Professional Status & ARC Licensing

Vista Destination LLC is an independent travel agency holding professional accreditation through the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC). This license authorizes us to facilitate the sale and distribution of air travel via standard industry distribution channels.

Industry Compliance: Our ARC status ensures that we adhere to strict financial and operational standards. However, we do not own, manage, or operate any airline, hotel, or transportation service.
Important: All travel contracts are strictly between the traveler and the end-service provider (e.g., the airline). Vista Destination LLC is not liable for carrier-initiated schedule changes, mechanical delays, or service defaults.

02 Booking & Payment Policies

  • Price Volatility & Ticketing

Fares are subject to real-time changes based on carrier availability. A fare is only secured once a valid e-ticket is issued through our ARC-authorized systems.

  • Consultation & Agency Fees

Service fees for professional consulting and ARC ticketing facilitation are non-refundable, regardless of the carrier's eventual refund status.

  • Payment Integrity

We utilize secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Customers agree to resolve all billing disputes directly through our support team rather than initiating unauthorized chargebacks.

Cancellations & Refunds

Most airline tickets issued are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the carrier's contract of carriage. As your agency, we facilitate refund requests but cannot override carrier policies.

Modification requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to flight departure.

03 User Responsibilities

Travel Documentation

Users must possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and all required visas. We are not responsible for boarding denials due to improper documentation.

Data Accuracy

All passenger names must be provided exactly as they appear on government IDs. ARC regulations and airline policies often prohibit post-ticketing name changes.
