1. Business identity
Vista Destination LLC is an independent online travel booking and travel support company based in New York. We are not an airline, official airline website, aircraft operator, airport authority, government agency, or travel document authority.
2. Services provided
Vista Destination may provide online flight search and booking access, itinerary and fare display, passenger and contact information collection for booking purposes, payment or payment-authorization support where applicable, booking confirmation support, and customer support related to changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, or schedule changes.
3. Online flight booking
The flight booking flow may allow customers to search available offers, review itinerary details, provide passenger information, authorize payment through secure components, and receive confirmation when a booking is successfully accepted by the airline or supplier. Customers must review route, dates, passenger names, baggage details, fare terms, total pricing, and supplier rules before authorization.
4. Supplier-controlled travel products
Airline tickets, flight inventory, fares, taxes, fare rules, baggage rules, seat assignments, refund eligibility, cancellation terms, schedule changes, travel credits, and operational decisions are controlled by the applicable airline or supplier. Vista Destination does not control airline operations, flight delays, cancellations, baggage handling, overbooking, denied boarding, or government travel restrictions.
5. Booking confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until the airline or supplier accepts the booking and issues a valid booking reference, confirmation number, ticket number, or supplier reference. Payment authorization, order submission, or receipt of a request does not guarantee ticketing if inventory changes, fare rules prevent issuance, payment fails, passenger information is incomplete, or the supplier rejects the booking.
6. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for accurate passenger names, dates of birth, contact details, travel dates, routes, and document-related information where required. Passenger names must match the traveler’s valid government-issued travel document. Vista Destination is not responsible for costs, denied boarding, cancellation, or penalties caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-submitted information.
7. Pricing, fees, and payments
Before payment authorization, customers should review available fare information, taxes, supplier charges, and any Vista Destination service fee where applicable. Vista Destination may collect or facilitate payment for booking-related charges, service fees, or supplier charges where applicable through approved payment processors, booking technology partners, or supplier systems.
8. Changes, cancellations, refunds, and credits
Changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, and waivers are governed by the fare rules and policies of the applicable airline or supplier. Vista Destination may assist customers with submitting or managing requests, but approval, processing time, penalties, fare differences, and refund eligibility are controlled by the airline, supplier, payment processor, or card issuer.
9. Travel documents and entry requirements
Customers are responsible for passports, visas, transit documents, travel authorizations, health requirements, and entry/exit rules for all destinations and connections. Vista Destination may provide general guidance, but government authorities and travel providers determine final eligibility to travel.
10. Third-party services
This website may display or connect to third-party travel suppliers, payment processors, airline data, maps, tools, or external resources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Intellectual property and trademarks
Airline names, airport names, logos, trademarks, and supplier names belong to their respective owners. References are used for identification of travel options only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official affiliation unless expressly stated.
12. Limitation of liability
Vista Destination LLC is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, baggage handling, denied boarding, supplier errors, weather events, government restrictions, force majeure events, or traveler failure to comply with travel requirements.
13. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be used for travel search, booking processing, payment support, customer communication, fraud prevention, compliance, and required transaction records.
